Momo and Okarun celebrate the return of one of his lost testicles from enemy-turned-friend Aira Shiratori, however Aira wants to elevate her relationship status from Side Girl to Main Girl. Okarun winds up in a misunderstanding, which lulls Momo Ayase into a negetive headspace as her safe nerdy not-boyfriend is being pursued by someone she can't stand. Taking advantage of the negative energy, aliens use the Loch Ness Monster to launch an invasion attempt to steal Okarun sweet man bits. Look, no one ever promised that Dandadan could be summerized without sounding like a madman.
